About the Presentation:

In this interactive Zoom webinar presentation, you will be placed in your clients’ position, as we discuss the changes to planning for retirement assets resulting from the SECURE Act, the tax rule changes implemented by the CARES Act, and the planning strategies favored by the current environment. We will use a case study reflecting several real client scenarios from recent months to collaborate on how these planning opportunities can materialize and how to focus your advice for a positive impact. In the end, you will learn how to respond with targeted, actionable advice for your clients, respecting their need for priorities and appreciating the present fluid environment of changing laws and circumstances.
