Andrew Feder is Principal and Head of Real Estate Advisory at Bessemer Trust. In this role, he is responsible for the asset management of real property investments held in trusts and estates and for providing clients with strategic guidance and due diligence assistance in real estate matters.
Prior to joining Bessemer, Andrew was Executive Director and Head of Real Property Asset Management at J.P. Morgan, responsible for asset management of real property held in trusts and estates. Before that, he was Managing Director of asset management and acquisitions for two family offices. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle, responsible for the oversight of a diverse commercial real estate investment portfolio on behalf of private and institutional clients.
Andrew earned a B.A. in history with a concentration in economics from Vassar College. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York state.
